Who are our classes for? Women just like you, of course!

Are you bored with your current workout routine? Are you looking to get your sexy back? Are you a busy mom who needs some quality "me" time? No matter the reason, you've found the right place!

You don't have to be a great dancer or super-fit to start at our studio... You just have to START.

We will take care of the rest!

Designed with the "everyday" woman in mind, our pole dance classes are suitable for women of all sizes, shapes, ages and walks of life.  Under the caring guidance of our instructors and the support of your fellow kittens, you will progress at your own pace.  We are here to guide you in to becoming the beautiful badass you were meant to be!

Find out what "really" goes on in a pole dancing class. This 45 minute trial class is a tasty sampler of what PoleKittens has to offer. TRY BEFORE YOU FLY is a fun and sexy way to check out our studio before committing to our four or six week series!

Body by Pole

This circuit-styled class features pole specific exercises designed to improve your spins, lifts and poses. Never boring, Body by Pole uses a mix of body weight exercises, cardio intervals, strength and flexibility training to help you burn calories and increase your endurance.

Our Body by Pole class gives you the personal attention you need to get where you want to be on your pole adventure.

Exotic Flow

Sensual Stretch

Try to imagine yoga with slow, gradual stretching, add in some soft, club lighting, deep-bass music and sensual stripper moves, mix in some gentle meditation and finally a dash of aromatherapy, and you have our newest class,  SENSUAL STRETCH.

You will be guided by V, our resident Guru of Sexy and Sensei of Self Love, as you learn how to let go of the everyday stress and sink into your body and mind, allowing yourself room to expand and find that deeper level of stretch and relaxation that we are all looking for.

Booty Camp

Get ready to dedicate an hour to your derrière. In this challenging lower-body workout, you’ll learn how to move like the video vixen hiding inside you! We break down each mesmerizing move to isolate muscles and control your moneymaker’s maneuvers.

Prerequisite: None! This class is suitable for everyone... and ALL booty sizes!

PoleFit

Polefit is 45 minutes of pole fitness fun! This drop-in class is perfect for the woman with the busy schedule or any current series student looking to get in a little more pole time.
